LED Expo India’s silver jubilee edition envisaged on building a great knowledge-sharing and networking platform, for passionate and enthusiastic professionals to work for the growth and betterment of the lighting industry in India.
Proving to be one of the country’s most premium exhibition to source LED lights, components, gears and other technologies. LED Expo Mumbai’s 25th edition kicked off today with 220+ exhibitors from contingents like India, China and Denmark focusing on lighting categories like LED application, lighting signages, display components/accessories, raw materials, power supply, machinery and manufacturing equipment.

The show received a grand start with notable representatives from companies and associations making their presence felt at the inauguration. Taking the lead as a chief guest Shri. The opening day of the silver jubilee edition witnessed a panel discussion, ‘Emerging Market of Smart Lighting (LEDs) in India’ – ISLE which shared insights on the emerging smart lighting technology market was also hosted. This was followed by an exclusive presentation on Light + Building Frankfurt & Light Middle East displaying the business opportunities for Indian companies via Messe Frankfurt’s global Lighting Trade fair platforms thus, becoming an integral part of the global supply chain.
On the second day of the trade fair, there will be a panel discussion on “Future of IoTech in home & building – KNX IOTech” focusing on how IoTech technology will define the future of the IoT devices to be used in the smart home and building of NextGen. There will also be the unveiling of the coffee table book ‘The Power of Stories’ featuring interviews of 40 Indian women lighting designers.
LED Expo Mumbai 2023 has garnered support from the Ministries, government departments and top industry associations, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade Ministry of Commerce & Industries (DIPP), Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) and Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) and leading industrial associations including Indian Buildings Congress, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and Luminaire, Accessories, Components, Manufacturers Association (LACMA).
Highlighting the latest technologies and innovations which provide insights into the emerging trends in the industry. LED Expo Mumbai 2023 will continue to attract lighting industry professionals until the conclusion of its three-day exhibition on 13 May 2023.
