DALI Alliance expands Board of Directors to support global growth and innovation

The DALI Alliance continues to drive innovation in smart lighting, ensuring its technology meets the growing demand for efficiency and sustainability in smart buildings and cities. To strengthen its global presence and advance key initiatives, the organisation has expanded its Board of Directors.

At the recent DALI Alliance General Assembly, all nine incumbent board members were re-elected. Additionally, four new members were elected following the board’s decision to expand in response to the alliance’s continued growth. These newly elected directors bring diverse expertise and representation from key international markets.

The newly elected board members are:

• Kevin Gong (Sunricher) – Chief Technology Officer

• Stewart Langdown (Zencontrol) – Director of Business Development

• Windy Leung (LTECH) – International Sales Director

• Stephen Zhou (mwConnect) – Executive Vice President

With board members spanning Europe, China, the United States, and Australia, the DALI Alliance is further strengthening its global reach. This expansion enhances the organisation’s ability to communicate the benefits of the DALI protocol – including interoperability, automation, scalability, wireless connectivity, IoT integration, and sustainability – to a wider audience.

The organization will also broaden its messaging and training efforts across the entire lighting control value chain to further promote the adoption and benefits of DALI-based solutions.
